Frameline is proud to announce that two Frameline films have been chosen to be part of the upcoming “California Video” exhibit at the prestigious Getty Center in Los Angeles. Affirmations , from director Marlon T. Riggs, and Forever Bottom, from Nguyen Tan Hoang, will both be among the films available “on-demand” at the exhibit’s kiosks. The exhibit runs from March 15th through June 8th.Riggs fans can also see his groundbreaking film Tongues Untied for the first time on DVD, coming out next week. Frameline’s year-round programs provide critical funding for LGBT filmmakers, reach hundreds of thousands with a collection of more than 250 films distributed internationally, and create an international stage for the world’s best queer film through the San Francisco International LGBT Film Festival and additional year-round cinematic events. http://www.frameline.org
